Shipping policy

Order Processing:
Most orders are processed within 5-7 business days.  At the time of processing you will receive your tracking number via email and it will utilize the shipping method selected during checkout.  Please note the expected delivery time starts once the order leaves our building.

Please Note:
That certain products are made on-demand and will require extra processing time.  Please see below for examples.

Engraved Bibles - Please allow 7-10 business days for engraving.
Apparel & Hats - Please allow 5-7 days for production

Please Note:
During times of high volumes we will notify our customers via bulk email updates if processing time is higher than normal.  During these times if the processing time is too long for your needs, please let us know and we will always be happy to help you cancel an order if needed. 

Shipping Times:
We will always use the shipping method selected at the time of ordering, unless otherwise requested.  Please note that these shipping times are an estimate provided by USPS, UPS, Fedex, and other providers.  These times can be affected by things like weather, natural disasters, and other events that are out of our control and the shipping providers.  We are not responsible for shipping delays after it leaves our fulfillment center, but in the event of non-delivery we will work with you to ensure your shipment is sent again.

International Shipping:
At this time we only offer international shipping to the following regions:
Canada
Australia
United Kingdom

Shipping times for international shipments are not guaranteed by God Bless The USA as we have very little control over the international shipping process.

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. God Bless The USA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at support@godblesstheusa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
